About Me

I am Ruchir and I graduated a Computer Engineer from Gujarat University, throughout first-class, aggregate distinction; cracked CAT, got into KJ Somaiya, and completed PGDM in Marketing from this prestigious institute. Pioneered an on-campus venture - Snackbar, an exclusive midnight snack store, first of its kind, in the college hostel. It generated a revenue of INR 2 lacs in just two years after inception. On completion of PGDM, Prism Informatics Ltd., a $100 million group company which offers product based consulting services, selected me from campus for their SAP - Sales team. After Prism, I joined as an General Manager at Zo Rooms where my job was to partner with resorts, hotels etc. across Goa (India) and develop business by mapping demand with the supply. I also managed the vendors Zo had in Goa. In my last job, I was assigned the role to lead the western zone of India for BYG, a startup in health and fitness space. After gaining invaluable work experience post MBA, I decided to start my own firm in Digital Marketing and Information Technology space. I am the founder at Optimus DM and also spearhead the digital transformation and strategies division at ConvergeSol.
